Everything You Need
There is nothing more important for your special event than knowing every detail is taken care of. Tin Valley Events offers an ever expanding list of preferred vendors. You can also work with your own professional vendors, with approval. We can recommend musicians & entertainment to catering, bartending and rental and security companies. We want to make sure everything goes off without a hitch. Book your event venue today and make sure you get the best date available.
What We Provide
Necessities
We provide up to 150 chairs as well as round tables and banquet tables to accommodate your group. Varied table configurations are available to allow for your special event. We also provide a selection of sweetheart/main tables along with a unique selection of vintage cake, reception and gift tables. Rentals can include custom interior and exterior bars with mini fridge and beer trough. Our kitchen prep area includes set up table(s), a standard refrigerator/freezer, repositionable privacy screens and a private entrance, with parking, for food trucks or caterers. Weddings include use of our luxe bridal room with changing area. We have easily accessible ADA restrooms. Our generous parking lot is also ADA accessible. We also have numerous unique areas, inside and outside, which are perfect for your photos.
Bridal Suite
Our luxe bridal suite is functional and inviting. It can accommodate up to fifteen people, including hair and makeup professionals. It includes (4) beautifully illuminated makeup/hair stations as well as leather chairs, a fainting couch and work surfaces, electrical outlets and storage areas. Six large mirrors grace the walls as well as ample areas for dresses. A pedestal sink and velvet draped private dressing area complete the room.
BeautifulDecor
Our space is a stunning example of an eclectic and chic, country backdrop. Our standard package decor includes stained glass pieces, large vintage arched architectural windows, Edison lights, vintage doors and backdrops, planters and topiaries and much more. We have a large selection of additional accessories including furniture, rugs, signs and decor which are available as additional rental items.
Ceremony
We offer numerous ceremony areas to customize your event. You can select a setup located inside the venue, on the patio area adjacent to the venue with an oversized stunning cross backdrdop, a grassy field, beneath the oversized porch area or our most popular area; a beautiful wooded and shaded ceremony area beneath mature trees. We can also provide various ceremony backdrops including circles and arbors. An extra special item is our 1953 pick up truck which can deliver the bride and or bride/groom in vintage style as well as lend to fun photo opportunities.
Reception
Our reception areas include the interior hall, the exterior front porch, the grassy areas and the large patio areas around the building. We can accommodate interior or exterior entertainment, dj's and dancing. We provide an interior bar and an exterior bar. We are also the only venue in the Upstate to offer a fun vintage 1960's camper for photographs, food service or specialty bar and dessert items.
